As part of their COVID-19 adaptation, the URBACT secretariat recruited three new Digital Support Experts to assist the 23 action planning networks in shifting their local and transnational learning and exchange activities from live to remote meetings.
I have been involved in finding, testing and demonstrating various digital tools, such as Miro, Mural, Mentimeter, or Sli.do, presenting and consulting on the pros and cons of various video conferencing software packages (including Zoom, WebEx, Jitsi, Meet, Remo, Hopin, AirMeet, and Wonder), offering trainings on digital workshop design, and delivering bespoke assistance on the design and delivery of interactive and participative online meetings.
